Veilant STEM Scholarship

Veilant is committed to advancing the future of technology by supporting the world’s next innovators. The Veilant STEM Scholarship awards three $5,000 scholarships annually to undergraduate students pursuing degrees in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Math. We seek bold thinkers, students who pair academic excellence with community engagement and a passion for shaping what comes next.

How to Apply

The Veilant STEM Scholarship supports undergraduate students pursuing degrees in science, technology, engineering, or mathematics.

Application Deadline

The 2026 Application Cycle is closed as of May 31, 2026. Winners will be announced July 2026.

Who Can Apply

  • Eligibility:
    Open to high school seniors entering college in a STEM field and current undergraduate students pursuing a STEM degree.
  • U.S. Citizenship:
    Applicants must be U.S. citizens enrolled in U.S. colleges and universities, including U.S.-based programs at international satellite campuses.
  • Family Members:
    Relatives of Veilant employees may apply if they meet all eligibility requirements.

Please Note: Graduate or professional students are not eligible for this scholarship.

Application Requirements

To apply, students must submit the following:

  1. Enrollment Verification:
    Proof of enrollment or acceptance as a student in a STEM field.
  2. Essays:
    Two essays of up to 500 words each. Essays should demonstrate:

    • Your goals for the future
    • Your involvement in your community
    • Your commitment to innovation

All applications must be completed by the student. Third parties, including parents, teachers, or friends, cannot submit applications on behalf of an applicant.

Selection Process

The Veilant Scholarship Selection Committee, made up of staff from across the organization, reviews all eligible applications. Recipients are chosen through a weighted evaluation process that focuses on the scholarship criteria.

Scholarship Award Details

  • Funding:
    Scholarship funds are sent directly to the financial aid office of the recipient’s college or university after enrollment verification.
  • Employment:
    There is no obligation to accept an internship or job at Veilant. However, recipients may be contacted by Veilant’s Talent Management team regarding potential internship opportunities.
